Meet the Team

  • Lindsay Franzel is a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with years of experience helping children achieve their full potential. She has expanded her vision from being a skilled therapist to a business owner, to offer both speech therapy and occupational therapy services to children in our community. She started this practice to create a space where children can grow, communicate, and feel truly understood.

Lindsay is certified in Gestalt Language Processing and AAC, and uses a play-based and neuro-affirming approach to communication. That means therapy isn’t about “fixing” how a child communicates — it’s about meeting them where they are, celebrating their strengths, and building communication in ways that feel natural and meaningful.

  • Deanne Rosselli is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist with over 30 years experience in a variety of pediatric settings, including private and public schools, pediatric rehabilitation, home health services, and private therapy clinics. Deanne loves to make therapy fun, as play is one of the primary occupations of childhood, which provides rich opportunities for learning and growth.

Having homeschooled her three children (who all are adults now, living on their own), Deanne knows firsthand that learning can occur in any setting, at any time. Deanne also loves to keep learning and growing as a clinician, from her clients and their families, from other pediatric therapists, and from frequent continuing education opportunities. Her continued studies have focused on Sensory Processing and Integration, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Feeding Challenges, Dysgraphia, Dyslexia, Visual Processing and Perception, Handwriting Challenges, Neuroscience, Neurodiversity-Affirming Care, and Multicultural Awareness.

The primary focus during Deanne’s Occupational Therapy sessions is always your child, meeting them where they are, and helping them to live their best life.

  • Nicole Martin is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant who brings compassion, creativity, and deep understanding to every session. Proficient in American Sign Language, she is passionate about supporting the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community and creating meaningful communication opportunities for all children, despite their differences.

As both a professional and a parent, Nicole understands the importance of meeting each child where they are. Her approach is also neuro-affirming, play-based, and rooted in connection. Families love Nicole’s calm presence, genuine care, and dedication to making every child feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
